Join Steph, The Yoga Psychologist & Founder of the House of Yoga Psychology, for a 3 hour journey of SOLSTICE SELF-CARE.

We gather again in community, to connect inwards, come home to ourselves and celebrate the cycles of nature on the Winter Solstice.

You are invited to surrender to self-care as we approach Winter Solstice.

As we complete the calendar year, and attune to nature's rhythm of darker days, we are called to go inwards, for introspection and reflection. Making sense of what has gone before, and planting the seeds for what we are intending ahead.
