Yoga & Psychology:
The Somatic Body
Gather together as connect to the power of our nature within
To honour May Day’s arrival of Summer, we will journey through our somatic body, fine tuning our awareness to our inner nature, as we simultaneously celebrate the power and energy of what we embody within.
This immersive and experiential event combines the powers of yoga and psychology for holistic healing. I will share with you insightful conversation about the integration of yoga and psychology, guiding you in a reflective writing exercise to unpack personal processing and deep insights. I will then lead you through an embodied practice of yoga therapy, beginning with breathwork to regulate the nervous system, mindful movements flowing from yogic asanas to deep restorative stillness and meditation to enhance mind-body connection.
This event is a collaboration with Anomalous Social Club (ASC), an initiative to encourage connectivity and discourse, through care, culture and conversation. Steph leads the monthly ASC CARE events, aimed at nourishing your emotional wellbeing, supporting your mental / physical health and spiritual resilience.
"I felt like I’d really nourished different parts of myself”

"LOVED Steph, and the venue….”
"I really liked the combination of reflecting, journaling, movement and relaxation. I also really liked the space and how there was time/space to chat before and after the yoga. Absolutely loved it”
