EMBODIED EQUINOX Workshop

  • Soma Home 231 Stoke Newington Church Street London, England, N16 9HP United Kingdom (map)

Welcome to the House… your home.

Join Steph, The Yoga Psychologist & Founder of the House of Yoga Psychology, for a 3 hour journey of EMBODIED EQUINOX

Following the heart-centred soul-led success of the launch event on Summer Solstice, we gather again in community, to connect inwards, come home to ourselves and celebrate the cycles of nature on the Autumn Equinox.

This time of year honours an equal amount of light and dark ahead of the winter months and marks abundance before the harvest... we are being called to find the light within and cultivate gratitude for what we have.

This is an opportunity to rejuvenate your spirit and reconnect with yourself deeply...

For a calm mind, strong body and open heart...

The House is calling you home....

You will be guided on a 3 hour journey... a beautiful blend of yoga and psychology, through insightful discussion, psychology reflective writing exercise, embodied movement integrating somatic inquiry and yoga therapy, sound healing and some extra special goodie bags…. in community and connection with beautiful souls!

"I felt like I’d really nourished different parts of myself”

…and felt really grateful to Steph for holding the space. I found it a really safe space and felt really connected to myself and others afterwards! The best feelings!

"LOVED Steph, and the practice….”

"I really liked the combination of reflecting, journaling, movement and relaxation. I also really liked how there was time/space to chat before and after the yoga. Absolutely loved it”
