How to feel less stressed in five minutes, according to experts by Rosie Fitzmaurice

With the prospect of WW3 being bandied around somewhat nonchalantly these days, you’d be forgiven if your stress levels are a little more elevated than usual. If the extraordinary news cycle really is starting to take its toll – you’re not alone. We’ve done the legwork for you and spoken to experts for some quick and easy de-stressing techniques – each should take you no longer than five minutes and help you unwind.

Stephanie Minchin, clinical psychologist and yoga therapist at MoreYoga, adds that, “whilst these techniques may not be the magic wand to all of life’s woes, they will help you to rebalance your nervous system and build your resilience so that you can better cope with the challenges around you.”
